Managing and customizing estimation service for Core Banking programme providing estimation services as providing analysis of acquired data to aid in scope planning of the predominantly SAP based components.
This is the tool that the SBSA team used to monitor and update progress on estimation requests but updates almost halted with the goal that SharePoint will replace the need for this.
Dashboard built for reporting at SBSA when Estimation service was requested to incorporate management of quoting by all other Service Delivery Partners in the specific area of the bank.
Replacement of the Excel based Estimation Tracker based on the same design and functionality but incorporating the benefits of the automated workflows and live reporting available through SharePoint.

Production of the WRICEF component tracking sheet automated initially for SBSA's Core Banking estimations and is continually changing for SAP or component based estimations at other clients including Nedbank and ABSA as well as to incorporate estimation tool improvements and the flexible project environments.
In order to provide analysis on the comparisons between estimation results and project actuals this tool to provide initial export and analysis as input data for Estimate Vs. Actuals comparison at a per project level
In order to estimate a Program at a high level, an estimation performed at a summarized project level is often the best way forward and this will build programme estimates from an excel input sheet. Based on Rough Order Measurement type estimation but allowing for any level of WBS detail to ensure output is in a format easily usable for the Program Manager.
A break out from the standard estimation report, this tool focusses on extracting and showing a simple view of the resourcing graph from an estimation allowing pilotable options especially for use of getting an overall resourcing view from a selection within extracts from multiple projects
